this thing w ferguson is making me wonder how many of the historical riots that happened in the 20th century they teach you about in school were actually ‘riots’ ??

I’m scared that in 40 years, I’m gonna have to tell my child what really happened because their textbooks will be full of lies

Textbooks are already so misleading that they might as well be lying.

Are they still telling kids columbus ‘discovered’ america?

why the hell are bigots always like “I can’t believe these subhuman creatures want the same rights as me and want not to be assaulted and potentially killed just for existing”

and when you’re like “this is why I can’t deal and I don’t need people like this in my life” they’re like “why would you be so mean to someone just because of their beliefs? you’re cruel :( “

i hate that when i tell people i love spiders they start telling me about the times when they’ve killed a spider or spiders and it’s like why are you telling me this you’re basically admitting to drowning a bag of kittens to me, that is the equivalent.

stop bragging about killing innocent animals no matter how small or “scary”

That moment when you think thousands of animal species are being butchered and tortured to extinction just because MAYBE PERHAPS HOPEFULLY people will get bigger dicks

Sometimes nature is right by your window.

Today I noticed a mother pigeon defending it’s young chick.

I love the intensity in her eyes!
